ช่วงนี้ ไปไหนมาไหน ก็มีคนพูดถึงแต่คำว่า “New Normal” หรือ “ชีวิตวิถีใหม่” ซึ่งตอนนี้ ต้องยอมรับเลยว่า ในช่วงยุคที่ Covid-19 ระบาดแบบนี้ มีหลายๆอย่างในชีวิตของเราที่กลายเป็น “New Normal” แล้วจริงๆ เพราะ การที่เราต้องอยู่บ้าน ไม่ค่อยได้ออกไปไหนนานๆ วิถีชีวิตของเรา รวมทั้งของครอบครัวและ ลูกๆของเรา ก็ต้องปรับตัว ในยุคนี้ต้องบอกเลยว่า คนที่มีสมรรถภาพในการปรับตัวที่ดี ย่อมเป็นผู้ที่สามารถดำรงชีวิตอยู่ได้อย่างมีความสุข
ลองมาดูกันค่ะ ว่า “New Normal” สำหรับครอบครัวของพวกเรา เป็นแบบนี้กันรึเปล่า?
1. ตื่นเช้ามา สิ่งที่ต้องทำอย่างแรก คือ print sheet เตรียมให้ลูกเรียนออนไลน์
2. แม่มีอาชีพใหม่ คือ การเป็น TA (Teacher Assistant) ให้ลูก
3. อยากกินเนื้อย่าง ไม่เป็นไร เดี๋ยวพ่อ ถอยเตาถ่าน ย่างเนื้อเอง
4. อยากกินขนม สบายมาก แม่ชวนลูก เข้าครัวทำเบเกอรี่
5. ลูกอยากเจอเพื่อน จัดไป ต่อ zoom ให้ลูกคุย
6. อยากกินผัก.. รอแป๊บ เข้าสวน พรวนดิน เพาะเมล็ด
7. อยากว่ายน้ำ ออกไปเป่าลมสระว่ายน้ำ พร้อมว่าย
8. ออกไปซื้อของที อุปกรณ์ต้องพร้อม หน้ากาก หมวกกันไวรัส ถุงมือยาง เจลแอลกอฮอล์
9. อยากสั่งชาบู ได้ๆ ต้องสั่งร้านที่แถมหม้อด้วยนะ
10. เชฟที่บ้านสามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานอาหารระดับมิชลิน สตาร์ ได้ไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน ทั้ง Pasta, Pizza หรือแม้แต่ ซังกุงสูงสุดก็ต้องมา ทั้งข้าวยำเกาหลี และ ซุปเต้าหู้อ่อนเกาหลี จน โกจูจังขาดตลาด
11. เปิดเทอมมา เด็กๆทุกคนขี่จักรยาน 2 ล้อ/ เล่น Skate เป็นแน่นอน
12. เลี้ยงลูกด้วย ทำงานบ้านด้วยไม่ทัน ให้ลูกมาช่วยซะเลย ได้ทักษะชีวิตเพิ่มไปอี๊ก
13. อยาก Work from home เตรียมอุปกรณ์อย่างแน่น แต่ได้เริ่มตอนสามทุ่ม
14. คิดเมนูไม่ออก เปิด facebook เจอเพื่อนโพสต์รูปอาหารเพียบพร้อมวิธีทำ
15. สนิทมากกับคนส่งของ ไม่ว่าจะมาเป็น ของใช้ ของกิน ส่งกันมาไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน
16. มีของมาส่ง วางไว้ตรงนั้น ตรงประตูนั่นแหละ เพื่อความปลอดภัยสบายใจ ก่อนเข้าบ้าน ของทุกชิ้นต้องอาบน้ำชโลมด้วยแอลกอฮอล์
“New Normal” เหล่านี้ ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีสำหรับครอบครัวเหมือนกัน เพราะ หลายๆอย่างเป็นทักษะที่ลูกๆของเรา รวมถึงพ่อแม่เอง ก็ยังไม่เคยทำ ถือเป็นโอกาสดี ที่เราจะใช้จังหวะนี้ สอนลูกๆของเราในทักษะต่างๆ ซึ่งจะว่าไป หลายๆทักษะเหล่านี้ ถือเป็น ทักษะจำเป็นสำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21 เลยนะคะ ทั้ง
- Learning Skills (ทักษะแห่งการเรียนรู้) ทั้ง Critical Thinking (ความคิดเชิงคิดวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหา), Collaboration (การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นทีม), Creativity (ความคิดสร้างสรรค์), Communication (การสื่อสาร) สมมุติว่า เราอยากกินเนื้อย่าง ปกติครอบครัวเราเวลาจะทานเนื้อย่าง มักจะต้องออกไปทานที่ร้านอาหารกันอยู่เสมอๆใช่ไหมคะ? ทีนี้ ตอนนี้มันออกไปทานอาหารนอกบ้านไม่ได้ ร้านอาหารไม่เปิดให้นั่งทานที่ร้าน เราก็มาชวนคิดกันกับลูกๆเลยค่ะ ว่า ถ้าเราอยากทานเนื้อย่าง เราจะต้องทำอย่างไร? เราก็เริ่มจากการฝึกให้ลูกคิดวิเคราะห์แก้ปัญหาก่อนเป็นอันดับแรก เมื่อเราแก้ปัญหาได้แล้วว่า ถ้าจะทานเนื้อย่าง ต้องเริ่มจากการเตรียมจัดหาอุปกรณ์การย่าง และเตรียมเนื้อสำหรับย่างก่อน ทีนี้ขั้นตอนการเตรียมอุปกรณ์ รวมไปถึง การย่างเนื้อ ก็จะเป็นเรื่องของการ ทำงานเป็นทีม รวมไปถึง การใช้ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ ทักษะในการสื่อสาร เพื่อที่จะทำให้ เรา สามารถทานเนื้อย่างร่วมกันทั้งครอบครัวได้อย่างเอร็ดอร่อย เห็นไหมคะ ว่า ทักษะเหล่านี้เป็นทักษะจำเป็นที่เราสามารถดึงมาใช้ ดึงมาสอนลูกๆได้ กับชีวิตประจำวันของเราเลยทีเดียว
- ทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Digital Literacy Skills) ทักษะนี้คงไม่ต้องเล่ากันเยอะ เพราะตอนนี้ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง ทั้งการเรียนและการทำงาน ต้องทำผ่าน คอมพิวเตอร์ ผ่านอินเตอร์เนต กันตลอดๆ ดังนั้น “ลงทุนมัม” เชื่อว่า ทุกคนในครอบครัว ช่วงนี้ได้ฝึกฝนการใช้ทักษะเกี่ยวกับความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลกันจนน่าจะเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญกันเลยทีเดียว
- ทักษะชีวิต (Life Skills) ที่จำเป็นและน่าจะได้ใช้กันบ่อยมากๆในช่วงนี้ ก็คือ Flexibility (ความยืดหยุ่นในแผนการณ์) และ Initiative (ความคิดริเริ่ม) แน่นอนว่า เมื่อชีวิตเราในช่วงนี้ แตกต่างไปจากเดิม Flexibility หรือความยืดหยุ่นในแผนการณ์ต่างๆ ย่อมต้องมี เพราะหลายสิ่งหลายอย่างมีข้อจำกัด ทำให้เราทำตามอย่างที่ตั้งใจไว้แป๊ะๆ ไม่ได้ ทีนี้ เมื่อมันไม่ไ้ด้ตามที่วางแผนไว้ เราจะคิดแก้ปัญหาอย่างไร? การแก้ปัญหา เนื่องจากเราทำสิ่งที่เราคุ้นชินไม่ได้ บางครั้งก็นำมาซึ่งความคิดริเริ่มที่จะทำอะไรใหม่ๆ ได้เหมือนกันนะคะ ดูอย่างหลายๆธุรกิจที่จะต้องปรับตัว รวมไปถึง การได้เห็นธุรกิจ หรือ ผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วง Covid-19 นี้อย่างมากมาย
จะเห็นว่า ทักษะเหล่านี้ เป็นทักษะที่สำคัญจริงๆสำหรับเด็กในยุคนี้ เพราะเราไม่รู้เลยว่า จะมีอะไรเกิดขึ้น หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงบ้างในอนาคต แต่ไม่ว่า จะมีอะไรเกิดขึ้น เราต้องมั่นใจว่า เรารวมถึงลูกๆของเรา พร้อมที่จะรับมือกับมัน แก้ไขปัญหาที่มันเกิดขึ้น และ การปรับตัวให้ได้โดยเร็วที่สุดค่ะ
