ในขณะนี้ ผู้ปกครองหลายๆคน รวมถึง เด็กๆ คงเริ่มคุ้นเคยกับ การเรียนแบบ Online กันแล้ว ซึ่งแต่ละโรงเรียนก็มีวิธีการสอนที่ค่อนข้างแตกต่างกัน วันนี้ “ลงทุนมัม” เลยชวน คุณแม่จอย ซึ่งมีลูกชาย เรียนอยู่โรงเรียนนานาชาติ ระบบอเมริกัน แห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพ มาเล่า ประสบการณ์ Online Learning ของน้องให้ฟังค่ะ โดยลูกชายของ คุณแม่จอยกำลังเรียนอยู่ในชั้น K2 ลองมาอ่านกันดูว่า น้องต้องมาเรียนออนไลน์แล้วเป็นอย่างไรบ้าง มีการปรับตัวอย่างไรค่ะ
“ลงทุนมัม”: Online learning ของโรงเรียน เรียนวิชาอะไรบ้างคะ?
คุณแม่: ที่โรงเรียนจะแบ่ง การเรียนออกเป็น 2 แบบค่ะ คือ มีทั้ง Live Session และ เรียนผ่านวิดีโอ ที่คุณครูอัดไว้ล่วงหน้าค่ะ
- Live Session ก็จะมีวิชา World discovery/ Literacy, Math discovery, Thai, STEM และ Story time ซึ่งจะมีเรียนสลับกันไปรายวัน วิชาละ 30 นาที โดยเมื่อเรียนจบหนึ่งวิชาแล้ว คุณครูจะมีให้นักเรียนไป Break พักจากหน้าจอ ไปทำงานตาม Assignment ที่เรียนเป็นเวลา 30 นาที แล้วค่อยกลับมาเรียนวิชาถัดไปค่ะ ซึ่งวันๆหนึ่งจะมีเรียน Live Session รวมเป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมงครึ่งค่ะ สัปดาห์หนึ่งจะมี Live Session 5 วันค่ะ (จันทร์-ศุกร์)
- ส่วนถ้าเป็นแบบวิดีโอที่คุณครูอัดไว้ล่วงหน้า จะมีวิชา Music, movement, color shape & design (art), performant arts)
“ลงทุนมัม”: การเรียนการสอนแบบ online ของโรงเรียนเป็นรูปแบบไหนบ้าง ใช้สื่อการสอนอะไรบ้าง
คุณแม่: ถ้าเป็น Live Session หลักๆ คุณครูจะสอนผ่าน Microsoft team ค่ะ โดยระหว่างที่สอน คุณครูจะมีวิดีโอสั้นๆ สอนประกอบด้วย
ส่วนถ้าเป็นแบบวิดีโอที่คุณครูอัดไว้ล่วงหน้า คุณครูจะส่ง Link มาทาง Microsoft team เมื่อเด็กๆดูแล้วก็ อัดผลงานส่งเป็นวิดีโอส่งกลับไปให้คุณครูดู ผ่านทาง Microsoft team ซึ่ง คุณครูก็จะตอบกลับมาค่อนข้างรวดเร็วถ้าอยู่ใน School Hours ค่ะ
สื่อการสอนที่เป็นกระดาษ ทางโรงเรียนจะทำการเตรียมให้รายสัปดาห์ แล้วนัดเวลาให้ผู้ปกครองเข้ามารับเอกสารที่โรงเรียน โดยกำหนดให้ ผู้ปกครองเข้ามารับได้ครอบครัวละ 1 คนค่ะ และ ไม่ต้องให้เด็กมาโรงเรียนด้วย ซึ่งสะดวกดีมากค่ะ
“ลงทุนมัม”: หลักสูตรที่โรงเรียนสามารถสอนให้เด็กเข้าใจได้มากน้อยแค่ไหน คุณแม่เองต้องช่วยเหลือลูกในการเรียนแบบไหนบ้าง คุณครูมีความช่วยเหลือหรือมี feedback กับการบ้านที่ส่งไปมากน้อยแค่ไหน
คุณแม่: ลูกสามารถเข้าใจสิ่งที่คุณครูสอนได้ค่อนข้างดีค่ะ มีคุณแม่คอยช่วยอธิบายต่อยอด ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วมองเป็นข้อดี เนื่องจากพอมาเรียน online ที่บ้านจึงทำให้รู้ว่า ที่โรงเรียนสอนอะไรและมีอะไรที่ลูกเข้าใจหรือไม่เข้าใจจริงๆบ้าง ทำให้ตอนอยู่บ้านคุณพ่อคุณแม่สามารถเล่นเพื่อเสริมกับสิ่งที่โรงเรียนสอนแต่ลูกไม่เข้าใจได้ โดยเฉพาะของลูกชายที่พึ่งย้ายโรงเรียนมาจาก โรงเรียนระบบไทย ซึ่งค่อนข้างแตกต่างจากที่นี่มาก ส่วนคุณครูก็ feedback การบ้านเกือบจะทันที ถ้าเป็นเวลา School Hours และสามารถให้ ผู้ปกครองถามคุณครูได้ในกรณีมีข้อสงสัย โดยถามผ่าน private chat ใน Microsoft Team ซึ่งคิดว่าดีค่ะ
“ลงทุนมัม”: คุณแม่จัดตารางการเรียนการเล่นในแต่ละวันของลูกอย่างไรบ้าง และมีวิธีอย่างไรให้ลูกเรียนตามตารางได้คะ?
คุณแม่: ช่วงเช้าก็จะเรียน online ของที่รร. ตามตารางที่โรงเรียนจัดมาให้ค่ะ หลังจากนั้นก็จะให้เล่นอิสระ แต่ก็จะบอกลูกไว้ก่อนว่ามี assignment อะไรที่ต้องทำบ้างในช่วงบ่าย แล้วตกลงกันว่าจะจัดลำดับกิจกรรมยังไง
วิธีที่ให้ลูกทำตามตาราง คือ บอกลูกว่านี่คือการไปโรงเรียน เพราะฉะนั้นตื่นมากิจวัตรจะเหมือนไปโรงเรียน แต่ทำที่บ้าน และจะบอกลูกก่อนว่าแต่ละวันมีแผนต้องทำอะไรบ้าง และช่วยกันคิดว่าจะทำอะไรก่อนหลัง
“ลงทุนมัม”: เนื่องจากน้องยังเรียนอยู่ในชั้นอนุบาล คุณแม่มองว่าการเรียนแบบ online เป็นอุปสรรคอะไรหรือไม่คะ?
คุณแม่: คุณแม่คิดว่า ไม่ถึงขั้นเป็นอุปสรรคค่ะ สำหรับครอบครัวเรา เพราะมีคุณแม่เป็นคุณแม่ full time แต่ต้องยอมรับว่า คุณแม่ก็เหนื่อยกว่าเรียนแบบปกติ
