โลกสมัยนี้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วจริงๆ ข้อมูลความรู้ต่างๆมีอยู่รอบตัวและลูกๆของเราสามารถเข้าถึงได้ง่ายแค่ปลายนิ้ว การศึกษายุคใหม่นั้น ไม่ได้แค่เน้นให้เด็กท่องจำความรู้จากในหนังสืออีกต่อไป แม่ๆอย่างเราต้องเข้าใจว่าทักษะที่เคยจำเป็นในสมัยก่อนนั้น อาจไม่จำเป็นหรือไม่เพียงพอสำหรับ เด็กในศตวรรษที่ 21 แล้ว
แล้วทักษะอะไรบ้างที่จำเป็นกับลูกๆของเราที่เป็น เด็กในศตวรรษที่ 21 นี้ วันนี้ “ลงทุนมัม” สรุปมาให้แล้วค่ะ
1. ทักษะการเรียนรู้ (Learning Skills)
แม่ๆเคยได้ยินทักษะสำคัญสำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21 ที่เรียกว่า 4C ไหมคะ? ทักษะ 4C นี้สำคัญมากๆในการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคตของลูกๆ นั่นก็คือ
- Critical Thinking หรือ ความคิดเชิงคิดวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหา
- Collaboration หรือ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นทีม
- Creativity หรือ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- Communication หรือ การสื่อสาร
เด็กๆควรหมั่นฝึกฝนให้มีทักษะทั้ง4 นี้ให้ครบจะเป็นประโยชน์มากๆต่อการทำงานในอนาคต
2. ทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล (Digital Literacy Skills)
เนื่องจากลูกๆของพวกเราโตมากับยุคดิจิทัล เพราะฉะนั้นเด็กๆเหล่านี้หนีไม่พ้นที่จะต้องเข้าใจและรู้จักใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีให้ได้มากที่สุด ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ทักษะ (IMT Skills) ได้แก่
- Information Literacy หรือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจข้อมูล สามารถแยกแยะข้อมูลจริงและเท็จแล้วนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้
- Media Literacy หรือ ความรู้เท่าทันสื่อสารสนเทศ สามารถแยกแยะสื่อที่น่าเชื่อถือ และไม่น่าเชื่อถือได้
- Technology Literacy หรือ ความรู้ความเข้าใจในคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เกี่ยวเนื่อง สามารถเข้าใจภาษาที่ใช้สื่อสารกับคอมพิวเตอร์ได้) ซึ่งถ้าลูกๆของเรามีทักษะกลุ่มนี้ก็จะสามารถใช้ชีวิตในโลกออนไลน์ได้อย่างปลอดภัยค่ะ
3. ทักษะชีวิต (Life Skills)
ซึ่งเป็นทักษะพื้นฐานที่เด็กๆควรมีในการดำเนินชีวิต ได้แก่
- Flexibility หรือ ความยืดหยุ่นในแผนการณ์
- Leardership หรือ ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ
- Initiative หรือ ความคิดริเริ่ม
- Productivity หรือ การใช้ชีวิตให้ได้ประโยชน์สูงสุด
- Social Skills หรือ ทักษะทางด้านสังคม
แม่ๆอย่าลืมหมั่นฝึกฝนทักษะเหล่านี้ให้กับลูกๆของเรานะคะ เพราะเมื่อลูกๆของเรามีทักษะเหล่านี้ไม่ว่าอนาคตข้างหน้าจะเปลี่ยนแปลงเร็วแค่ไหน เราก็ยังอุ่นใจว่าเด็กๆเหล่านี้จะสามารถรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างสบายๆแน่นอน
