“ลงทุนมัม” ได้ไปอ่านบทความที่น่าสนใจบทความหนึ่ง เกี่ยวกับ ทักษะที่ต้องมี ภายในปี 2025 ของ World Economics Forum ค่ะ ซึ่ง “ลงทุนมัม” มองว่าเป็นเรื่องที่น่าสนใจมาก และ คุณพ่อ คุณแม่ อย่างพวกเราควรจะต้องรู้เอาไว้ เพื่อนำไปเตรียมพร้อมเพิ่มพูนทักษะเหล่านี้ให้กับลูกๆของเราค่ะ
ทักษะที่จำเป็นหลักๆ จะแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ประเภท คือ
- ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการแก้ปัญหา (Problem Solving)
- ทักษะเกี่ยวกับ การจัดการตนเอง (Self-management)
- ทักษะเกี่ยวกับ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (Working with people)
- ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการใช้ และ การพัฒนา เทคโนโลยี (Technology Use and Development)
มาลองดูกันนะคะ ว่าใน ทักษะ 4 ประเภทนี้ มีทักษะอะไรบ้างที่ลูกๆของเราควรจะต้องมี
หมวด ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการแก้ปัญหา (Problem Solving)
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแปลความหมายข้อมูลที่มี รวมไปถึงการสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ Analytical Thinking and Innovation
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาที่มีความซับซ้อน Complex Problem-solving
- ทักษะการคิด วิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหาแบบองค์รวม Critical Thinking and analysis
- ทักษะด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ Creativity, originality and initiative
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาโดยใช้หลักแห่งเหตุและผล Reasoning, Problem-solving and ideation
หมวด ทักษะเกี่ยวกับ การจัดการตนเอง (Self-management)
- ทักษะการเรียนเชิงรุก Active Learning and learning strategies
- ทักษะความยืดหยุ่น และ ความต้านทานต่อแรงกดดันต่างๆ Resilience, stress tolerance and flexibility
หมวด ทักษะเกี่ยวกับ การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น (Working with people)
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น Leadership and social influence
หมวด ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการใช้ และ การพัฒนา เทคโนโลยี (Technology Use and Development)
- ทักษะการใช้และควบคุมเทคโนโลยี Technology use, monitoring and control
- ทักษะการออกแบบเทคโนโลยี และ การเขียนโปรแกรม Technology design and programing
เพื่อนๆจะเห็นว่า ทักษะที่ต้องมี หลักๆที่ลูกๆเราควรจะมี คือ เรื่องของ การรู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รวมไปถึง การหาวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เจออย่างสร้างสรรค์ โดยที่เราจะต้องรู้จักที่จะเรียนรู้และค้นคว้าหาข้อมูลต่างๆ, รู้จักการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น, รู้จักที่จะนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้รวมไปถึง สร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆจากเทคโนโลยีที่มี และที่สำคัญคือ เมื่อเจอปัญหายากจะต้องรู้จักที่จะอดทนต่อความยากลำบากและความเครียดได้ ซึ่งจริงๆแล้ว ก็คล้ายๆกับ 3 ทักษะต้องมี สำหรับ เด็กในศตวรรษที่ 21 ซึ่ง คุณพ่อ คุณแม่ สามารถติดตามอ่านได้ที่นี่นะคะ https://www.longtunmom.com/21st-century-skills/
