โรงเรียนนานาชาติมูลตรีภักดี (Mooltripakdee International School, MIS) เป็น โรงเรียนนานาชาติที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ของเมืองพัทยาจังหวัดชลบุรี มีผู้ปกครองหลายท่านที่อยู่ในพื้นที่ของชลบุรี สนใจให้ “ลงทุนมัม” รีวิวให้อ่านกัน วันนี้เราจึงอยากจะขอมาเล่าให้ฟังว่า MIS นั้น มีความน่าสนใจอย่างไรบ้าง
โดยโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ เริ่มต้นจากการเป็นโรงเรียนอนุบาลที่ใช้หลักการเรียนการสอนแบบมอนเทสเซอรี่ ตั้งแต่ในปี 1998 และขยายการเรียนการสอนขึ้นมาจนถึงระดับมัธยมศึกษา (Year 11) จนปัจจุบันมีนักเรียนกว่า 600 คน
M.I.S. เปิดรับนักเรียนตั้งแต่ อายุ 2 ปี ไป จนถึง อายุ 18 ปี และได้รับการรับรองให้เปิดทำการสอนนักเรียนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้น Pre-School ไปจนถึง Year 13 และ A level โดยมีนักเรียนจากชาติต่าง ๆกว่า 30 ประเทศ
ห้องเรียนของ M.I.S แต่ละห้องจะมีนักเรียนในห้องไม่เกิน 25 คน โดยจะจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้สะอาด, ปลอดภัย และ ครบครันด้วยอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ส่งเสริมให้มี บรรยากาศเอื้อแก่การเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนอย่างสูงสุด
หลักสูตรอังกฤษ (British Curriculum) ของ M.I.S นั้น ว่ามีมาตรฐานตามแบบฉบับของ Cambridge ประเทศอังกฤษ เนื่องจากโรงเรียนนี้เป็นหนึ่งในสมาชิกของ Cambridge School ทำให้ได้รับการสนับสนุนทั้ง Learning resources ต่างๆ และ การพัฒนาครูให้มีคุณภาพตามแบบฉบับของ Cambridge จึงทำให้ผู้ปกครองสามารถมั่นใจได้ถึงคุณภาพของการเรียนการสอนที่เกิดขึ้นภายในโรงเรียน
การเรียนการสอนในทุกๆ ระดับชั้นของโรงเรียน จะประกอบไปด้วย ครูที่มีประสบการณ์และเอาใจใส่นักเรียนอย่างใกล้ชิด
ในห้องเรียนระดับ Early Years นั้น จะเป็นครูต่างชาติ 1 ท่าน และครูผู้ช่วยคนไทยหรือฟิลิปปินส์อีก 2-3 ท่าน ซึ่งหลักสูตรของ Early Year นั้นจะเป็นการผสมผสานระหว่าง หลักสูตร EYFS ของอังกฤษ และ แนวทางของ มอนเตสซอรี่
ในส่วนของ Primary School นั้นจะ แบ่งเป็น Key Stage 1 และ Key Stage 2 (Year 1 – Year 6) ซึ่งจะมุ่งเน้นในการปูพื้นฐานแห่งการเรียนรู้และทักษะในด้านต่างๆ ให้กับนักเรียนทั้งในด้านของวิชาการ, การคิดวิเคราะห์ และ ทักษะเกี่ยวกับการอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคม
ใน Secondary School ระดับชั้น Key Stage 3 และ Key Stage 4 (Year 7 – Year 11) จะมีคุณครูต่างชาติประจำวิชาที่เชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละวิชา วิชาละ 1 ท่าน และ ครูผู้ช่วยชาวไทยหรือฟิลิปปินส์อีก 1 ท่าน ในระดับชั้นนี้ เด็กๆจะได้ฝึกความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น รวมถึงเนื้อหาของการเรียนรู้ที่เข้มข้นมากขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการสอบ IGCSE
สำหรับระดับ Secondary School นี้ ทางโรงเรียนมีเปิดอาคารวิทยาศาสตร์ใหม่ (STEAM) ที่พร้อมไปด้วยอุปกรณ์การเรียน การทดลอง ที่ครบครัน สำหรับนักเรียนอีกด้วย
นอกเหนือจากกิจกรรมทางด้านวิชาการ นั้น M.I.S ยังส่งเสริมกิจกรรมอื่นๆ เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริม ให้นักเรียนรู้จักการยอมรับในวัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่างจากหลากหลายเชื้อชาติ รวมไปถึงการจัดกิจกรรมกีฬาที่เน้นให้นักเรียนได้เล่น กีฬา บาสเก็ตบอล, วอลเล่ย์บอล, ฟุตบอล และ ว่ายน้ำ ส่วนกิจกรรมทางด้านศิลปะ และ การแสดงนั้น ทางโรงเรียนมีโรงละครและห้องประชุม (Amphitheater) สำหรับให้นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสแสดงละคร หรือ ดนตรีภายในโรงเรียน

“ลงทุนมัม” ลองจิ้มตัวเลขดูแล้ว ถ้าส่งลูกเรียน ตั้งแต่ชั้น Preschool Aจนถึง YEAR 11 (14 ปี) เราจะต้องเตรียมเงินไว้ประมาณ 3,524,500 บาท หรือ เทียบเท่ากับรถ Toyota Camry ได้ 2.3 คันค่ะ
