Didyasarin International Preparatory School Bangkok หรือD-PREP International School เป็นหนึ่งในโรงเรียนนานาชาติที่เพื่อนๆ ในย่านบางนา Request มาให้ “ลงทุนมัม” ช่วยรีวิว วันนี้ “ลงทุนมัม” เลยถือโอกาสมารีวิวให้เพื่อนๆ ได้รู้จักกันค่ะ

D-PREP International School เป็นโรงเรียนนานาชาติที่ตั้งอยู่ใน Mega Bangna บนถนนบางนา-ตราด กม.8 เปิดสอนในปี 2018 ปัจจุบันมีการเรียนการสอนตั้งแต่ระดับชั้น Nursery ไปจนถึง Grade 12 และกำลังจะเปิด Secondary Campus แห่งใหม่ในเดือนสิงหาคม ปี 2024 ซึ่งจะเป็นพื้นที่การเรียนรู้สำหรับนักเรียนระดับ Middle School และ High School บนพื้นที่กว่า 5 ไร่

นอกจากนี้D-PREP ยังเป็นสมาชิกขององค์กรการศึกษาชั้นนำในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้อย่าง XCL Education ซึ่งมีโรงเรียนต่างๆ ในเครือข่ายมากมาย ทั้งที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย และเวียดนาม ส่วนในประเทศไทย นอกจาก D-PREP แล้ว ยังมี American School of Bangkok, Sukhumvit เป็นอีกหนึ่งในสมาชิกอีกด้วย

หลักสูตรของที่D-PREP สำหรับระดับ Early Years และ Primary School จะเป็นการผสมผสานระหว่างหลักสูตร American Curriculum และ IB PYP สไตล์อังกฤษ โดยสไตล์การเรียนการสอนจะเน้นให้เด็กๆ ได้สร้างความสมดุลระหว่างทักษะด้านวิชาการและทักษะชีวิต และไม่ว่าจะเป็นระดับเด็กเล็กหรือเด็กโต ทางD-PREP จะสอนให้เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้จากการลงมือทำ กล้าแสดงความเห็น มีทักษะ Presentation ที่ดี มีความกล้าที่จะทำตามความฝันของตนเอง และรู้จักใช้แนวคิด Design Thinking เพื่อช่วยให้พวกเขาสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ได้อย่างสร้างสรรค์

อีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่สำคัญมากๆ คือการที่D-PREP เน้นปลูกฝังให้เด็กๆ มีทักษะชีวิต (Life Skills) รู้จักดูแลตนเอง และเข้าใจตนเอง ทั้งในด้านร่างกายและจิตใจ ซึ่งนี่จะเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญที่ช่วยให้พวกเขาเติบโตเป็นผู้ใหญ่ในวันข้างหน้า

สำหรับระดับ Middle School (Grade 6-8) และ High School (Grade 9-12) จะเป็นการเรียนด้วยหลักสูตร American Curriculum เน้นให้เด็กๆ ได้เรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมรอบๆ ตัว และเมื่อขึ้นไปสู่ระดับ High School เด็กๆ จะได้ไปฝึกงานในสถานที่จริง และทำการค้นคว้าวิจัยในเรื่องที่สนใจ ควบคู่ไปกับการเรียนที่เข้มข้นกับ Advanced Placement (AP) Courses หรือเลือกเรียนในโปรแกรม High School Focus อื่นๆ ได้ตามความสนใจ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นโปรแกรม STEAM โปรแกรม Global Leadership & Entrepreneur หรือโปรแกรม Self-designed Passion

ในส่วนของ Facility ของD-PREP แม้โรงเรียนจะตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณของ Mega Bangna บนพื้นที่ 3 ไร่ แต่ถือว่าโรงเรียนออกแบบมาให้มีพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ได้อย่างดีมากๆ เพราะในภายในบริเวณโรงเรียนจะมีทั้ง สระว่ายน้ำ สนามเด็กเล่น สนามฟุตซอล โรงยิมในร่ม รวมไปถึงห้องสตูดิโอให้เด็กๆ ได้ทำกิจกรรมต่างๆ เช่น ห้องทำงานไม้ และสำหรับ Secondary Campus ใหม่ที่กำลังจะเปิดนั้น เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กๆ โรงเรียนได้เตรียม Facilities ต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพื้นที่สีเขียว ลานกิจกรรม Sport Complex และอื่นๆ อีกมากมาย
